This is an easy book to read and to have any knowledge of what depression glass is. Not being an expert and in the learning process I feel that I have gained knowledge along with the ability to find true depression glass to leave to my grandchildren so that the beauty of this glass can be enjoyed for not only many years but also as a family heirloom. Thank You to the person who took the time to share with others.

) I like this book because a novice can take this book and look up the different sets of depression glass and know what pieces belong in that set. It also gives the book price of what the piece was valued for. When I collected the Manhattan depression glass, that is shown on the outside cover, I took this book with me everywhere. It was invaluable at the time. I owned this book before but when my house burned in May so did my book. I was thrilled to find it on ebay so my daughter still has a collector's encyclpedia of depression glass with her depression glass on the front.
