Collecting Shawnee Pottery by Mark E. Supnick (1993)

This book is easy to use. There are several items in each catagory such as cookie jars, planters, salt and pepper shakers, teapots and others. The color photos make it easy to see what the item should look like. The only thing I don't like about this book is that you have to turn to the back of the book for the values but many of the value guides are like that. This book is small so it is easy to cary with you to auctions, flea markets, and yard sales. I do wish there had been more items in this book. I bought this book so I could identify Shawnee Pottery and it has helped me to do that as well as learn the value of certain pieces.
