Coco: Summer Sessions [Digipak] by Colbie Caillat (CD, Jul-2007, Universal Republic)

I have recieved the item. Took longer than expected but other wise everything else was great. I have yet to try out the product. was sealed as promiced

I had no idea where the chorus was that kept going through my mind. I listened to the radio for three says hoping to hear it again, and finally discovered it was "Realize" by Colby Caillat. Once I bought the CD, I found there were several other good songs on it, too.

Colbie's voice is light and unpredictable, and her message is positive and straightforward. The lyrics could be a bit more sophisticated, but the music at times rises to the leval masterpiece of intricate sounds rounded off with a very professional production.

My guess is that this is a CD that will pass the test of time. I look for big things to come from this young woman, is she doesn't go all Mariah Carey in her head!

This is a great cd. It's songs are fun and breezy. This cd always puts me in a good mood even on the gloomiest. Fun to sing along to. My favorite is "Bubbly". Every song is good, not like some cd's where there are only a couple favorites.

I love her voice and her outlook on life... My kids even love it,with ages ranging from 7 to 5 months, it gives them a little time to just chill out.

Love this CD!! Definately recommended. Very low key, easy to listen to, perfect for summer! This is an all around great CD. I haven't taken it out of the CD player for months.

i love this CD she is awsome. i had to buy this and send it to my sister, since i already own one. she is having a baby girl and the song capri was just perfect.

Colbie Calliat has a modren, yet soft sound that I believe all ages can enjoy. You can really see how her own influences ( Bob Marley, Lauren Hill) play into her work. I do not normally like modren music but this album is light hearted and real. She at times almost reminds me of Sheryl Crow becuase of her story telling. I would highly recomend checking this out.

I decided to buy Colbie's CD after hearing Bubbly on the radio a few times. The song kept running through my mind so I wanted to hear more. At first I was unnerved with the technique of turning one syllable words into two or three syllables but the style is so unique and enchanting that I became mezmerized by the sound. The songs have a lot of feelings expressed and leave you feeling almost like you have been dreaming. I love it!

I heard a few songs on myspace and immediately was drawn to them. Colbie Caillat's music is like a breath of fresh air. It's a wonderful 'feel-good' CD. I highly recommend it.

This cd puts me in a great mood. It is very upbeat and different from most of the music out right now.

If you like James Taylor, John Mayer, Carly Simon, Bonnie Raitt,Sting, or anything in that category to listen to, but like a good song with a great melody, CoCo is for you. It usually takes a while for songs to grow on me, but after one hear of most of the songs, I was hooked. This is a CD to enjoy around the family, or great one for in the car for a long car drive by yourself. The lyrics are full of meaning, but not too heavy or overstated. Her story is really refreshing too. Sounds like an artist that put her music on My Space for fans to enjoy, and after many offers from companies, she picked one that would still give her creative control. I like someone that believes in what they are doing, and does not let money make all of the decisions. She will be wealthy in life and in heart doing business that way! Buy her CD, you won't be sorry.

I loved her music since it was popular on the social sites. Sweet songs and melodies. This is a good disk to have and play on trips or at home!

Just bought this CD, and I love it! It is a great combination of mellow and happy, which makes for great pop. Maybe its because I was just on vacation in Hawaii, but the vibe of this CD really resonates with me right now. If you're looking for something that will relax you and make you happy, then this could do the trick. I don't mean to insinuate that the CD is vapid, it most assuredly is not. Just good pop without too much angst or attitude. A nice break!

I heard her sing on a morning show and had to try the cd. It is the BEST cd that I have heard in a long time. It is played everyday at my house. I can't wait to hear her new cd out at the end of August.

Colbie Caillat has an amazing voice and great lyrics. I can relate to the things she sings about so I enjoy it. I had to buy her cd to find out what other songs she sang because I was only aware of the few that were more popular on the radio.

Colbie Caillat's songs are nice to listen to. My friend had the cd, and I really liked it so I decided to buy it for myself. I'm really happy that I did! It's also hard to find modest music nowadays so you can't go wrong with this cd!

I bought this cd and wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did. It's melodically beautiful and sets a wonderfully mellow tone. There's nothing fancy or pretentious about it, just great, easy going tunes to make you feel good. I highly recommend it and definitely looking forward to her next cd.

Really great album! All the songs are enjoyable, music is all just really wonderful. It's rare for me to find an album where I like ALL the songs, but this one happens to be one of those albums.

I like this cd because all 11 tracks can be played from start to finish without having to fast forward any. They are very pleasant to hear over and over. I bought this cd because Colbie's "Bubbly video came on tv; then I went to You Tube to see it again and there found "Realize". I bought it to have "Bubbly" and "Realize". Finding out the other 9 tracks are hot too was a fine bonus. She's very talented and I feel she'll go a long way with good guidance.
