Este es uno de los mejores libros que hay sobre recetas de platos tipicos de Puerto Rico. Creo que su primera edicion fue el los 1960's pero ha seguido reemprimiendose con igual contenido. Bien parecido al libro Puerto Rican Dishes pero este (Cocine a Gusto) es enfocado para el mercado Latino por tener su texto complatamente en espanol. Hace muy buen regalo para familiares.
