Cobra Speed LD F Fairway Wood Golf Club

Great fairway wood. Used a rental set. Hit it so good, I had to get me one. Actually bought the 3 and 5 wood. Easy to hit. Far with a slight fade.

when my driver starts slicing, I go two this club 2 get my swing back. the price was unreal. have brought serveral golf items and will buy more.

I love my new LD Fairway wood. It has really improved my game by giving me a straighter ball off the fairway & the distance I get is perfect. What can I say, I love it. I feel more confident with this wood than any other 3 wood I have used & I have played golf for many years. I expect it to help reduce my score at least 4 strokes per side. I am looking to break 80 before golf season ends.

Many clubs have come and gone from my bag or 'back-up' list, but this one lives on. I'm actually considering putting it BACK into my bag, replacing a much newer (2009) make from the manufacturer that rules the rest of my bag. I am on the fence, simply because the feel and look of the FW metals should, to my eye, complement 'the big dog.' But the Cobra Speed LD FW made a trip out onto the course recently, and performed flawlessly! So I may be switching back ...

Why? Because these clubs are really versatile. I hit them well off-the-tee (in situations where distance is less important than accuracy), and well off the deck; and especially so off more "fluffy" lies in the short rough. More than any other FW metal I've every tried -- and I have tried MANY! -- this one lingers on as one that seems to have an overall best performance.

To anyone searching for a FW, I propose this one. And while the 2008 models seem to be pretty much the same, I really do love the Aldila shaft in the 2007 -- and the color combination is 'less in your face' red.

If only Cobra's Speed LD drivers had been this good .... (!!!)

I bought this club for my neighbor. The price was very fair. When you described the item, you rated much lower then the true quality of the club. It arrived early than wxpected and when we opened it we were surprised at how the club was. It was better then you had described. The shaft of a golf club is the most important part. This club had the shaft I was looking for so I bought it. It was also the best price I could find. It matches my other woods.

Great club, deep face for confident shots off a tee or grass. It looks great at address, and I hit this 10 yards further than my old Cobra Hyper Steel 3 wood. Mid-handicaper club, probably not workable enough for a scratch-type golfer.

I was a pretty decent golfer 20 years ago, but have not played a lot over the last 10 years. I bought these clubs to get back into playing more regular, and they are amazing. I'm hitting the ball as far with less effort and a slower swing as when I played regularly. The clubs feel like they finish the shot for you, and even when you miss the swing, you still get good carry. The balance and feel are great. Highly recommend these clubs.

I never received the item and after few corresponance with the seller, he calaimed that the item was lost in UPS. UPS claimed they never were in possession of the item. Finally the seller refunded the price to my paypal account, naturally I lost the 10% discount that was applied to the sale price.

I love my 3 and 7 wood ladies cobra because they are so easy to hit. These 2 clubs gives me distance and they are very reliable. I can hit it on tough roughs and even if my ball is buried. Very reliable and easy to hit.
