Top Reviews Review created: 10/16/07 by: 6 of 6 people found this review helpful. i bought this club because it was $115 all in, fantastic deal, probably the best one on Ebay at the time. Took the club to the range and like the other review mentioned, it sounds like an out of key T-Rex, horrid. Club doesnt carry as far as the HS9 in my opinion and why the replaced the HS9 with this is beyond me. My original f-speed driver was very accurate, the HS9 was longer but this is a combination of both, i was hoping for an f-speed with distance but it just holds up a bit too much for me. the 55g shaft again is great, gives the club a great feel and nice balance. Aldila and Cobra are a great combination for a driver. The YS shafts that Cobra use are in no comparison the balance is all over the place although i do like them in my 3 and 5 wood. The look of the LD is very attractive similar to the TM burner and thankfully the headcover is easier to handle than the dreadful HS9 cover that barely fit. One downer, the hozzle came out and i had to send it back to Cobra to get it fixed cos my local pro didnt want to wreck it, cost $40 booooo. To summarise and i'm quite happy with whats in the bag, 3 and 5 wood in HS9 with YS 5.6 shafts, a 7 wood in f-speed with the Aldila NV-F shaft and an LD 9 degree driver that i think i'll trade for an HS9 if i can find one with the NV-F 55 gram shaft.
