Cobra Comp Fairway Wood Golf Club

I bought it because I was searching for a 3 wood I could hit successfully - - and this matched my driver which I can hit well. This is the best 3 wood I've played with to date. Club was in used condition, and I am satisfied with it.

Only complaint I have is that since it was being shipped from Canada (Nova Scotia) it took longer to receive it than I expected. I also couldn't seem to track the shipping status other than that it was delivered to the NS post office by the seller (which was done promptly).

Now that I have it and am hitting it pretty well I'm happy and had forgotten the time I had to wait for it.

I have for many years kept my 3 iron in the bag and on special occasions when playing well used it. But with this new 7-klub ( I have the 3 and 5) I can make the shots more easily than before. And that's what it's all about.

These Cobra Comp fairway woods are the best woods cobra has made. They are very light so you can swing more aggressively and hit them father. They set so square at address that it gives you confidence when you are about to hit. They are very forgiving on off center hits so you do not lose too much distance. If you can get these clubs, you better buy them because they are no longer being manufactured. Quit complaining about your shot from the fairway if you do not buy these clubs.

My friend has a Cobra Comp 3 wood that I used off the tee. I hit it further than my current driver at the time. I begged him to sell it but he would not part ways with it.

So I started looking on EBAY - I found a COMP 3 wood and a COMP 5 wood. The club glides through the air with ease. I am sure I gained back swing speed that I lost over the years. I hit the ball higher and further than I ever have.

I LOVE THESE clubs. My 3 wood was used and my 5 wood was new. I bought from different sellers . High Straight and Further than I have ever been. WOW!

I took my newly obtained 5 wood to the driving range and all I can really say is that Im completely satisfied.

This little club is HOT! It ways almost nothing and it's moving on when it makes contact with the ball. I'm terrible at golf but even I can get a long fairway shot with this. It has a fairly tall face for a fairway wood, but thats fine with me since my ball is usually held off the ground by the thick stuff. :) The only thing that I'm nervous about is the carbon fiber top. There's not much there. If I ever got REALLY under the ball... Oh well. Im usually not that bad. Great club though.

Seller was very responsive -- the club must have been in the mail the next day.

The 7 wood is much easier to hit than long irons and has more distance than a hybrid. Cobra's leading edge is wider than many clubs which is a plus playing from tight or hardpan lies.

I love the club, (Cobra Comp 3) I puchased it about a month ago, mainly to complete a set that I am tring to complete, I have'nt used it much yet, but the little I did I am very happy with it.

I bought this 3 wood for gift. But I have used driver comp model. I just loved it so much. That is why I bought this 3 wood.
