Cobra Baffler Multi-Metal Fairway Wood Golf Club

I had read about the club and decided to try it. I decided to buy it on Ebay because I'm a frequent buyer on Ebay and have had excellent success in finding what I want at a fair price. I tried the club but don't like it. It's probably more me than the club. I don't hit fairway woods well and just wanted to try this club. The cobra baffler didn't cure my problem. I didn't find it any easier to hit than any other club of similar loft.

Bought the club for my son who is 26 years old a a pretty good golfer. He was very happy with the purchase. He was my barometer for this purchase and it passed with flying colors!

This is a pretty old style hybrid. This one is a 20° club but hits about the same distance as my 6 iron. I was hoping for a little more length. I'll try something a little newer with more depth and weight at the back of the club.

If you are looking for the next club to add to your golf bag, this is it. Cobra has had the Baffler series constantly evolving. The Multi-Metal Fairway club brides the long iron and utility wood together. It is a smaller head than a wood, and it has more weight and punch than your average long iron. It is also easier to hit. The distance and ability to work you shot is amazing. All in all I would highly recommend this club. It is great for those who can not hit the long irons anymore or just have a hard time striking the long irons.
These are just really polished and well made clubs.

THIS IS A GREAT CLUB FOR THE TROUBLE SHOTS OUT OF THE ROUGH. WHEN HIT RIGHT, IT WILL TRAVEL PRETTY FAR WITH A LOW TRAGECTARY. BUT DUE TO THE SOMEWHAT SMALL CLUB HEAD, HITTING THAT SWEET SPOT EVERY TIME DOES TAKE PRACTICE, BUT ONCE MASTERED, IT IS A GREAT ASSET. REPLACES A 5 WOOD/3 IRON WELL. NICE LIGHT CLUB WITH A LOT OF OOMF. THE DIFFERENT METALS USED IN THIS CLUB ALSO HELP TO DAMPEN THE IMPACT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY AVET GOLFER.
