I was looking for a CB radio because I plan to be on the road quite a lot in the near future. I had looked around at stores, etc. and decided e-Bay was probably the best deal. I found this radio and bid on it, won the bid and received the radio. It is brand new, exactly as advertized and is exactly what I had in mind. I would recomend e-Bay for all your needs. I disliked the fact that the radio I purchased in the auction showed a front mic connection like the newer ones and the LED channel display worked but the one I received was the older syle radio with the side mounted mic and a channel display that I had to re-solder and repair to get working. I decided to buy it because the picture in the auction showed a nice newer style front mic cobra 25 ltd radio that appeared to have a working channel LED and in better condition with very few scratches and bad signs of wear. Report this review This Baby talksA Cobra 25 CB radio usually performs well. But after installing a "swing kit" (also purchased on Ebay) It really Rocks. Everybody I contact asks if I Changed radios. Which I certainly did. I would Like to have another one for my son. The basis to this success is having a good ,non-modified, radio to start with. The radio I purchased fit the bill entirely.
