Cloverfield (2008, DVD)

I liked the movie. I was hoping to see it @ the movie theater, but couldn't. This DVD was the best option, and the seller did a great transaction.

This is the worst piece of crap since Blair witch project. I would advise NOT TO BUY THIS. Its fast, all over the place, no storyline, crappy acting and bad directing not forgetting horrible writing.

this is not what i expected at all,it is filmed as if an regular person is filming the movie,prettry shakey ; i couldnt hardly watch it . i got through a half hour and couldnt watch it any more. this could probially be a good movie if there was a professional camera person filming it i know there trying to give a real effect but its too shakey too watch.

Item was never received. A disute was opened with ebay and the user no longer exists. Ebay has done nothing to refund me my money. What a rip off!

When I first watched Cloverfield, it was surreal. The scenes were shot as if you were right there. I'm not an eloquent writer, so I will just say a few things:
The Spiders really creeped me out
and What Was That Thing?
and, last - did the two die in the underpass?

Incredible well made film. I had to buy it for myself and my husband! I am not selling this !

Highly disapointed in this film. I only watched 5 minutes of it, and decided to walk out on it. Maybe I watched it at a bad time, but I really disliked the way it was filmed. I had seen enough of these Blair Witch-like movies, such as Diary of the Dead. I feel as if this movie should had been a short television series, along with Lost. The director and writers of Cloverfield should stay away from movies!

Cloverfield has to be one of the strange story movies that I have ever seen. I don't understand that the small Creatures relate to big monster, so I strongly wishing production to be created part 2 movie continue to story.

This movie was not good as far as I'm concerned... extremely lame. I don't care how cheap it was... NOT WORTH MY MONEY!

The first thing i want to say is that i personally like this movie. The story line is off beat, but in the end it boils down to a story about love....then add in the destruction of a city, a giant unknown monster, and a goofy guy holding the camera and adding in his own commentary throughout the movie.
The 'Blair Witch Project' style of camera is not really the kinda of thing i like, but that is a personal opinion. As for the graphics, CGI, and other movie magic; the only thing i could really ask for is to see the cloverfield monster a little more. It is an awsome moster, and with so much mystery behind it, anyone who might have seen trailors, or gone online to see what it was would want to see it truelly in action...not just glimpses from afar.

what a disaster !!! movie looked like a film shot by second grades on a roller coaster . there was no story line , eye strain to see just what was going on as far as what kind of thing was causing this damage to city was enough to stop the dvd and try to resist the need to throw it in the garbage can !! stay clear of this bomb !!!

Not a bad movie---I like the way it was shot from a handycam---- When they show the monster he looks AWESOME only about an hour and 20 minutes least it didnt drag---worth watchin for the special effects!! Id reccomend it!

I never received this product after I had paid for it. I had to go thru my bank to get my money back! I made a very bad deal on this one.

I bought it because i heard it was a good movie but i haven't watched it yet. We are very busy with 4 boys & just hasn't had time to watch it. hopefully soon we can.

bought this movie because it was an horror/thriller but was very disappointed in it. The camera that the film was made with was just to shakey and the ending was very very disapointing would not recommend

One of the best suspenseful movies I have seen in a long time. A lot of people didn't like the camera work saying it to be too shaky but I think that gave it the best effect! Great FX by far and a story line you could follow all the way through.

I decided to buy this movie because for one I loved it and two I plan on sharing it with every person who hasn't seen it or wants to see it again.

I wish I would have gone to see this in the theater and it is best played in surround sound because of the FX.

I bought this dvd because I like si-fi. The product was in like new condition.A graet buy,great color and sound.And the movie was very good.

This was basically The Blair Witch with Aliens and a lot of special effects. Premise of the movie was decent but the way it was filmed was just a disaster. It's no wonder so many people got sick watching it. Keep the home movie type camera shots where they belong, for peoples home movies.

I like the behind the camera narration. I want to view the movie and buying was a great alternative to renting.

If you enjoyed the Blair Witch project then you'll love this flick. I never thought you could have a camcorder recorded movie in Top Notch Big Screen quality. Now you can truly feel the fear of a Monster invasion in North America!!
