A classic children's book and so entertaining! Very fun to read with kids and well illustrated.This is one of my child's favorite books and one she like to read over and over again.

This was one of my favorite reads as a young girl. My teacher would read it to me and I would spend hours looking at the pictures and enjoying the book. For small kids with big imagination this is a great book!

This is a funny children's book. A great classic. I remember reading this when I was young, and now it's fun to read it over again to my child.

More for a child of 7+. They would enjoy reading it themselves to their siblings or parents.

Could be discussed after the book is read as to how much of a mess it would really be if it rained meatballs.

This book is amazing. I loved looking at the pitctures when I was a child. It was one of my favorite books!

My daughter loves this story. We used to read it to her as a child. Our copy was ruined in Hurricane Fran so, with the movie coming out she went to look for the book and of course it was gone. She was so diappointed so for her 20th birthday I bought a copy. She was thrilled!! It's a classic!

I bought this book over 30 years ago for my first born. The book survived another 8 years and another child. Now I find I am purchasing this wonderful book for my grand children. It is a classic you will enjoy sharing with children of all ages.

the reason i bought this book was because i saw it was going to be a movie. i remember reading this book as a child with my mom and then on my own. i have a five year old son who is learning to read. i want my great memory to become one of his great memories. the book is very creative and came from a great imagination. it is even well illustrated. i love it. always have.

What a cute story! We bought this recently so I could read to my daughter at bedtime. I wanted her to HEAR and IMAGINE the story before it comes out in theaters in a couple of months. She loved it and still talks about how silly it is. Any book that holds her attention is a winner with me!
