    This book is just too cute. My children have read it over and over.
    The children in this book wake up to an ordinary day. Mom is making orange juice and grandpa is making pancakes, suddenly one pancake gets flipped and flies through the air and hits one of them in the head. Later that night grandpa tells the children a story about the town of Chewandswallow. In this town food falls from the sky, not rain and not snow. Hamburgers, hotdogs, pancakes, eggs, etc...

    Very cute book. The artwork is excellent. My children have theorized that it would be great to have candy fall from the sky as long as they have a really strong umbrella.
