Clive Barker's Jericho (Xbox 360, 2007)

Wow I crossed my fingers hoping that this game would rock as a first person shooter,I mean c'mon now we have Clive Barker aka the king of the almighty "Pinhead" from Hellraiser.I was getting a little hyped up once jumping off the helicopter and getting into the game and main story line,yeah which lasted for 10 minutes.This game has got to be one of the oddest games to play....and not by shooting in anyway,no that part is simple,it's controlling everyone in your crew.For example each member of your crew has a unique style of combat and you may have to use them at certain times of the game,but reading on how to do it while firing your weapon is kind of hard.Holding the "A" button then selecting with the directional pad,pressing down for "Alpha" or "Omega" squad...ahhh it hurts so much to even type this up.And what makes it even more confusing is that your team members will call you by your first name but the D pad has them by last name...I mean really I have to remember everybody's first and last name??The only good thing about the game is the graphics on the monsters,they have much detail but then again they could have used them in a much better video game.Another lousy thing in this game is you have to mash certain buttons,for example if you played God of War or Resident Evil 4 where certain button patterns come up....yeah I find it pointless to even put that in this game....just makes it suck more.Buy the game put the mode on Hard and complete it in 1 - 2 days you'll get all your acheivements very quickly,that's if you stay long enough for the load times.

Playing the first five minutes was cool until you got to the fisrt Abyss. When it came time to shoot them they just charge at you and it takes about 45 seconds to kill one. The graphics were okay. Sound was a little weak. Over all the game not worth to own.

This game kind of reminds me of condemned with the flashlight, but that is it's only flaw in my book. The rest of the game is actually fun. If you have anyone in the house that doesn't like to hear cussing, doesn't like horror or gore, then play when they're not home. I started playing on hard, and I'm more than 300 gamerscore points in less than 4 hours. I'm going to try and finish it off tomorrow. If you can get it for under $25 shipped, then it's well worth it as of this writing. Again, Great Graphics! Good Story Line so far as well.

the best part its that i can play with 6 different people with different powers an weapons you can change any time you want and the graphics are pretty cool the monsters are crazy cool and the history its really interesting

This was a great game. I recently completed it and it was great from start to near finish. The ENDING was horrible, but maybe that because there will be a PART 2. All the people who complain its hard MUST BE NOOBS. You can kill MOST monsters with a single headshot and the Exploding monsters die with a single grenade shot from BLACK. Each character is UNIQUE and has their own weapons.

I love this game, i decided to buy it because i was look for to this game for the xbox 360, i hope they make number 2

I hated the demo on it so I just never got it. When I did finally get it I wasn't impressed at first, but after the first level it just did a complete 180. This game rocks I recomend after beating it on normal to put in the cheat codes and beat it on hard to get the achievments.

This is the kind of game that you buy only if you have it for 20$ or less. In fact, it's a good shooter where you can choose from several characters with different skills. The game isn't revolutionning anything, but it does well what it does: having a nice time killing monsters. That's why it's a must buy if you can buy it for a low price.

This game is a good game. Good controls especially if you get used to switching bodies which is pretty cool or annoying depending on who gives it a chance. Has a great atmosphere to it so i really would suggest if you are thinking about this one go ahead and give it a try you will probaly like it. 7.5 out of 10

I enjoy the graphics on this game it also has a neat story line which I of course enjoy for the reason I'm a little new at the gaming field.

This is definately a hidden jem for the 360. Its by far one of the best shooters I have ever played and you should definately give it a try!

I got the game just as advertised, in perfect working condition. I already knew I wanted this game so I used my venue of choice to purchase it at a low low price, that is what ebay is all about! It came quickly and for a reasonable price. All in all, I was very pleased.

I love that the game is of science fiction nature, it keeps you on your toes with suspense and scare tactis, its very action oriented. There is nothing i can really say that i dislike about it. I would fully recommend this game to all my friends. Presently ive done that, and as a result, a buddy of mine has purchased the game by trying out my game first.

i bought the game cuz it was a first person shooter and a friend told me it was pretty good but i personally thought it was a terible game the colition is weak you shoot the guy and he should act like hes gettin shot if a shooter doesnt have good colition its atomaticly a bad game that is a very important part of a fps

This game is great. It does a great job at building a horror-like atmosphere for your characters to travel through, and the constant darkness of these levels is great!

Lot's of people bash it because you do not have much freedom in roaming around in this game, but that ads a lot to the difficulty. When you are going through trenches and run across a pustule infested suicide bomber you have nowhere to run, and some of your team will probably die in the process. But, you can always revive these characters!

Switching between characters is a vital part of the game as well and each character has their different unique abilities and weapons. The AI and your personal armada are not very intelligent and will often make stupid mistakes, but this is true in just about any game :P

All in all, the game takes around 8-10 hours to complete, but you will want to play it till you have beaten it! The story line makes it so that when you turn off your game in frustration from dying so often that you just want to flip it back on again to see what happens next!

When a game, book or movie comes from Clive Barker you know it's going to be dark and creepy. This game has a very interesting story line behind it. You along with your team time travel to various points in history to find this "box". You face numerous enemies and bosses and what's really cool about this game is that you get to switch bodies with one of your team members. There are several different playing levels to this game and I was able to find walk-throughs online to help me when I got stuck.
