Cliffhanger just doesn't do it for me. I just didn't think it was that great.

There's really nothing more to say, Cliffhanger is a decent rental if you're looking for a Sly movie you've yet to see, but other than that it's pretty bleak.

i waych a lot of movies. i trust the srller. i got a good buy. i dont have to leave the house to purchase. i bid on a lot of dvds and take the bargains.

Once the action began, Cliffhanger kept me on the edge of my seat through the whole viewing. Although not a huge fan, I really enjoyed this film as well as my other Stallone favorite, First Blood. Co-starring John Lithgow, who plays a serious sinister role, Cliffhanger gives the viewer a unique panorama of the Rocky Mountains. Not prone to acrophobia, I found my stomach churning in fear around every corner. Apparently the movie was good enough to be nominated for 3 Oscars as well as 7 other nominations. This DVD is now in my personal collection and enjoy an occasional additional look--definitely worth watching.

THis a good movie to just watch for pure entertainment. Although many of the situations and events are not really possible, the movie does a good job of making them plausible enough to be believeable if not dwelled on. The acting is passable and the story line keeps your attention. The visuals are very good. Recommended as a good movie for what it is.

I saw this movie with a friend and remembered parts of it so I wanted to see it again. It's a thrill a moment, action packed with surprises around every turn. I recommend this movie.
