Click (Blu-ray Disc, 2006)

I must preface by saying I am a Sandler fan....I love his light hearted, silly comedic movies...and this began as such. It had all the typical Sandler ingredients - silly, daft humor, his regulars making a cameo - a la Rob Schinder, the old man iwht the filthy mouth - a typical Sandler move, and the funky soundtrack loaded with 70s rock and 80s pop...it had the promise of becoming another Sandler favorite!
He also threw in some Hollywood stars - Christopher Walken who I love, in a perfectly eccentric role; kate Beckinsale who sadly tried and failed at an authentic American accent, The Fonzie.....Henry Winkler and the hysterical Sean Astin who seemed very at home in some Speedo type swimwear throughout this movie!!
This movie started well....albeit predictable with the Bed, Bath and Beyond scene giving away the reasoning behind the plot -though there is a twist at the end which, granted , was a nice touch! It began as funny, daft and loveable...but changes somewhere in the middle - and though the one liners keep coming, they seem out of place, in the sentimental and sometimes downright sad scenes.
The message of the movie was a good one and certainly one we can all heed in todays fast paced dod eat dog world, but I am not so sure that sandler was the right one to deliver it - or indeed maybe it would have worked but for the fact that all te previews of this did not speak of the darker moments to come!!
A good movie but for me not one of my top Sandler productions!!

I just watched this movie on the weekend and it was so cute!!! i love adam sandler, but when i first saw the preview for this movie i thought it was going to be cheesey...it was way better than i thought!! adam sandler has a rough work life and keeps getting heck from his wife and two kids because he never has time for them. then one day he tries to turn on the tv and cant figure out which remote control it is so he goes out to the store to find a universal one so he can control everything in the house. he ends up getting this "special" remote and he soon finds out that he can contol every aspect of his life. he fast forwards through so much and finds out that he missed a whole year of his life and his kids are growing up...then he fast forwards so far and when he wakes up he already went through treatments for cancer, his kids are grown up, his wife is remarried to another guy, and his whole life basically fell apart, he tries to go back but its "not refundable". he ends up dying in the arms of all his loved ones, its so sad!! but its a really good movie! i recommend it to anyone wanting to see a good movie with the weird twist of his remote!! hehe :)

This is an awesome movie. Classic Adam Sandler comedy, but with a twist. He really has a lot of moral issues intertwined with this film, which I think is due to the fact that he's really grown up since Billy Madison and such. Either way, you'll get a laugh and a tear out of this one and will walk away feeling satisfied. Just remember to watch out for the dog and duck relationship!!!

Good movie all around. Creative. Bought it because it was the first movie me and wife watched together at the theater.

I like the plot of the movie. It is very interesting how the guy life change through a remote control. I like everything from this movie. It is very funny. I decided to buy this movie because it is funny.

I believe it's joust a great movie for the entire family and a great positive message wich realy helps put in perspective what is really important in life. Hope you will enjoy it joust as i did.

Its a great movie, it will make you laugh and cry... It is definitely a movie to have in your blu ray collection.

This is a good movie and it looks that much better in the Blu-ray version. The good thing is when you get it on ebay you save alot of money.

Great story line. Love Adam Sandler as an actor. Weird twist I would never have expected, but still a very great ending.

We just watched the DVD the other evening. It starts out like a normal family where the husband falls asleep on the couch and the children sneak in to grab a treat. He is a very busy architect receiving much pressure from his boss. Not spending too much time with his family and being razzed by the neighbor kid, a couple great lines of comedy come out of this movie. The neighbor kid brags about their universal remote so he goes out to look for one, considering he always picks up the wrong remote and either turns on the ceiling fan or opens the garage door. He travels to Bed Bath and Beyond and is escorted to the Beyond room. He is provided with a new product that has not hit the store shelves yet. A universal remote. I'm glad we didn't see it at the show with all the hype and glad I waited for DVD. I expected much more. I rate it a low good.

Great movie, kinda makes you think about slowing down in life and really appreciateing those you love around you. FAMILY FIRST!!

I love this movie... Very, very funny... Very touching at parts as well.. Adam Sandler always makes fantastic films.. And Christopher Walken in it? No, really? Well duh!!! Christopher Walken is in every movie ever made in the history of the universe... lol

I bought it because I want to see everything in clear high definition clarity in blu ray. It's a good funny movie from Adam Sandler.

Not at all funny, and the movie resort's to possible tragedy at the end in order to try and bring a tear to your eye-but of course everything is OK after all, right? Of course-this is Hollywood after all. Easily Adam Sandler's worst effort. Adam-go back to being a funny man. Who care's if you can really "act"-we have people for that already!

Once in a while funny, every nice graphic, otherwise,for the overall rating = BAD MOVIE,NOT MUCH TO SEE. LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a Sandler fan so is i come across a great deal especially one that saves me money and time i am going to buy it. Its pretty simple.

This was, in my opinion, Adam Sandler's best movie. I should mention that I don't generally like Adam Sandler movies. In fact, the only other one I liked was Big Daddy.

Click is a great family movie. Adam Sandler...Family movie??? Yes, that's right, you can actually watch this movie with your kids.

Based on the previews of the movie, I thought it would be just an okay movie. The previews didn't do it justice. Adam Sandler and Christopher Walken are great together.

Sandler fans may be turned off by this movie as it is not a typical movie for him. If you're looking for Sandler's typical antics you won't find them here.

Bought the movie because I loved "Happy Gilmore" and thought Adam Sandler was supurb in that movie. In Click, I thought there was way too much inappropriate lanuage. Couldn't even watch the whole movie, and decided to sell it on ebay after I paid full price for it. Oh well.
