Cleveland CG12 Black Pearl Wedge Golf Club

The wedge is in great shape. Ready to go use it. Was in better shape than the picture. Will not be afriad to buy from again.

I decided to buy the Cleveland wedge because I needed a 56 degree wedge that produced lots of spin. I have been very happy with the purchase. It's zip grooves grip the ball and provide the backspin I need to stop the ball on the green. It provides excellent spin whether using full swings or chipping from off the green. I mainly use the club for chipping and not approach shots, it works very well in slowing the ball down and checking on the green.

Love the finish, sharp grooves, minimal offset, and the amount of backspin these clubs 52 and 56 produce. The bounce is perfect too. Club weight and appearance makes it feel like you can hit it sharply off any type of lie.

The Cleveland name is associated with the making of quality wedges, and this wedge was a 60 degree wedge that I hadn't carried for years. It is easy to hit and workd well out of the sand. I have had other 60 degree wedges but for some reason this one works the best for me.

I use this club for all my sand shots around the green. I also use it for those lofted shots around the green as well. You made a sale and I aquired a great club. Thanks!

I have always played Titleist wedges and thought the spin milled wedges would be the last wedges I ever purchased. That was until I tried a friends CG12BP wedge around the chipping green. I was very impressed and purchaseg the Cleveland CG12 BP's in 60,56 and 52. After plying these wedges for a month I then purchased the 48. Zip grooves? Oh my God, more juice than Tropicana!! Great feel, weight and bite and the same distance as the Titleist. I am looking forward to the new Cleveland CG7 BP Tour irons that are due out in January of 2010. All the irons are zip grooved and in the black pearl.

Great purchase, buyer put actual pics up after I requested. Club only had some minor signs of usage. Great way to get a superior club for half the price. Hits just as good as a new one.

The black finish on the face wears off pretty quickly with sand shots.

Shafts are pretty soft, much softer than an S300, but that may be a good thing since it allows for softer shots around the green without sacrificing feel as one would with a stronger shaft such as an S300.

From the fairway, one should not try to muscle them too hard because, with the softer shafts, they are a little harder to control.

I would prefer to have more bounce on the bottoms. Mine have two dots, but I would prefer three, at least with the 58 degree which I generall use from the sand.

Despite the above, I would buy them again.

It is just a better wedge. I played a tour forged Ram FX with 4 degrees of bounce...this wedge is better and produces much more backspin.

It was fast, easy, and it's exactly what I ordered. I expected a "brand new" condition and the club still had all the factory wrappings.

My item was shipped out very fast and arrived in excellent condition. it was exactly what the description said it was.

the club arrived about 9 days after purchase, i got it out of the box and headed to the course to try it out, it felt a little heavy and it had lots of wear and tear on the face of the club.... but it felt good and its a great addition to my golf bag.

The black pearl finish looks really neat. The 64* loft allows me to get over a hazard and stop the ball quickly on very short shots, like over a trap when a pin is close to to the edge of the green. Works best for me under 30 yards. Anything more than a 3/4 swing makes it hard to control. A real nice wedge, but the zip grooves really chew up your ball.

I bought the 58 degree Cleveland Wedge and it was very good condition. Most the time when I buy something used it looks like it was destroyed but not this item everything from the grip to the club head is perfect. thanks!

This puts all other wedges I have played to shame. It is a very solid and fluid feeling club. I have never seen a ball back up without even trying. Very great face and overall feel.

club puts decent spin on the ball. 56 degree goes about 90 yards for me and pretty much stops within a foot of where it lands

To put it simply, the ball goes EXACTLY where you want it to go. These Wedges are all that I expected and some. GREAT CLUBS!

The pictures of the product were mis-leading due to the angle of the photos. There was significantly more wear on the face of the wedge than the picture showed. I could have purchased a new product for what I paid for the used one!!!
