Cleveland CG Gold Iron set Golf Club

I have been playing Cleveland irons for 10 years. I brought some Taylor Made RAC irons but quickly sold them and went back to my old TA6s. I saw this great deal on EBay for the GC Gold irons. Before I bid I went to Golf Galaxy but they did not have the same shaft. The salesperson had me hit some Hybrid sets but I did not care of them. I hit the CG Golds in steel at the store and they felt great. I am not a long hitter. I played this afternoon and put the new seven iron in my bag. On the ninth hole I had 160 to the pin normally I would hit a six iron but I wanted to try the new stick. I hit it to five feet with a much higher ball flight that I was getting. They are very good irons for a mid-handicapper.

A friend of mine is retired and is 57 years old and he ask me to bid on these irons.
He had bought a brand new set x 18 irons with the uniflex shafts and they were too stiff. He had seen cg gold irons at golf show and fell in love with their looks so he ask me to bid on a set in the regular flex.
He has been at Hilton Head playing golf he says they are the best thing that has ever happened to his game he used to play taylor made irons and I always thought he hit those irons well he can shoot in the 70's anywhere we play so these must be some irons! hmmm maybe I should by myself a set!

I tried several of the top brands of irons when considering an upgrade from my fairly new Nike "game improvement" irons. The Cleveland CG gold were a perfect fit for my swing. Compared to several top sellers, these give the best control of long iron shots that I needed.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for that next level in their game.

I am a biginner so those iron are suppose to be more forgiveness I was able to try it only once because off the temperature they were great,but next try next season,will sea thanks.
