I have not finished reading this book, but so far it is very good. The explanations are crisp, it has good end of chapter problems, and also has answers to selected exercises at the back of the book so that you can check your understanding.

My professor and I decided to use this text although I think it is only about one semester's worth of material, and most "classical dynamics" books contain about two semesters' worth of material. So far I am very pleased with it's examples and explanations, but I'm not always a fan of the notation used and the readability. I've certainly workde with texts that are much worse, but some writers are ust more readable than others.
