Classic Musicals 50 Movie Pack - 12 Disc Set (DVD, 2005, 12-Disc Set)

I bought this for my 84 year Uncle. He liked it allot, all of the pictures were B movies and allot that he had not seen. Most of the music were of the Big Bands, of the times and it did bring back allot of memories for my Uncle. I would not buy it again for myself, but maybe for an older person like my Uncle.

Product was received in good time and has been very satisfactary, I was glad I bought the DVD and have many good times with the product. It was rewarding to listen to the old time musicals with long lost stars.

Donated it to a nursing home. Reasonably priced for new item. Arrived in mail in timely manner and in good shape.

A little disappointed, but the price should have told me that it was not Oklahoma or Sound of Music. The Doesey Brother's movie alone was worth the price of admission so the remaining shows were free.

Really enjoyed this set of classic musicals, and would welcome more. Although some of them are not as good as others (story wise, and due to time, film quality), the batch is still a treat to see. These visions of the past show great talent has no time-line.
Many artist of today could learn a lot about entertaining people without hitting them on the head with a sledge hammer and NOISE. Unlike much of today's music nothing I heard in these movies harms the listener's hearing, nor do the performers look and act angry, or dress foolishly, or disrobe. Instead, we are wonderfully entertained by great talent.

I bought this because I was raised on this kind of Entertainment... It is a great addition to any movie library! I love it. Thanks!

Even Though the seller stated that they sent this product, It is past a month when I should have received it, and I haven't.

I feel most of these musicals were from more of the B film category. I guess I was looking for more Gene Kelly, Fred Astaire, that type of thing.

Bought as present for my mom. She is very much enjoying them. They are the old
movies. I rate them as excellent due to the content and value.

I hate this. Not only did it fall apart while I was lightly opening it, slowly and delicately, but the part that fell off fell in pieces as well. This is horrible. I love that it's musicals sure, but I hate how it fell apart. I demand a refund and I WILL get it.

This is a wonderfull collection of classic movie musicals that will make you laugh a cry, and just want to make you get up and sing and dance!! I reccommend this collection to any person who loves classic movies and stars!

Got this for my wife who loves old movies and especially musicals. Some of these films are real stinkers , but movie buffs will watch even these to catch a few minutes of great film .Try it the price is right.

A lot of old movies from a bygone time. DVD is as listed and arrived in a short time. Many from the first talkies forward with a lot of the great old actors.

I bought for to reason: economical and easy to use and select. I just LOVE Musicals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's worth for the money and for the soul. Go out and buy it it's well worth it.

Old movies, but great musicals. Most in black and white. Some real surprises in the set. Lov'em especially about the Dorsey brothers. Good Clean entertainment in most movies.
