I have the full Kathy Smith library, many which are still on VHS. I didn't think I'd ever see Ultimate Video Workout offered again. What a thrill to see it included in this set. This really is the "ulitimate video workout." I thought I was in shape...leave it to Kathy Smith to show me there's always something a bit more challenging out there. Kathy's cuing has improved since her early videos, but nonetheless these are great workouts.

I have come to like any workout that Kathy Smith has. I always feel that I have gotten a good workout, in the areas she promises and in a healthy way. I have several of hers, so that I do not become bored, but no mater others I have tried, I always come back to hers.
