I like it´s sound, looking, functions, it has so many inputs.
The only point could be better is showing time permanently, so, you wouldn´t have to press the display key to know time whenever you want to.

This is a great radio, great sound quality and the fact that you can control an I-pod without having to touch the I-pod is very nice! The navaigation through the music in the I-pod is a little tedious, have not figured out haow to navigate without having to go back to the begining of the list, although I might not be familiar with it yet, I have only had it a few weeks. Great look in the car, the CD player is good, I am not using the XM/Sirrus function.

I have attached a thumb drive to the USB connection and there is no way to navigate through the files other than forward and backward one file at a time or repeatedly turning on and off the random feature. Very frustrating.

This is a fantastic product with great OEM-like features. It looks and feels much like the original radio in my 2001 4runner that I chose to replace for the convenience of attaching an mp3 player and xm capability. This unit shows quality craftsmanship and the LCD display does not look cheap. I'm very particular and this unit passed all levels of scrutiny with the exception of: 1) the lcd display when inactive (no interaction with user) likes to scroll through a series of what I'll just call a "light show" for lack of a better term. There are patterns that rotate about the screen and I haven't quite figured out how to turn that off yet. Aside from that it looks and plays fantastic. It's as easy to use as my original radio and installed in 30 minutes with the additional wiring harness (4runner adapter by scoshe) If you are installing this in any 4runner 87 or newer, do yourself a favor and find one of these harnesses. It makes the install SOO much easier. Without it, I would have been cursing at a very small amount of wire to work with beneath the amp you will bypass in a 99-02 4runner. This unit has a variety of alternative amp and sub outputs but I think it sounds terrific...even better than the original in many respects. If you need a double din or just prefer the aesthetics, don't pass this one up. You can't beat it for the money! $150 NEW and shipped from a great guy here on ebay.
