Even if you already own the game you really won't regret shelling out the extra $10 to get the upgrade items by applying this to your account.
Includes exclusive in-game bonus items

another upgrade I recommend is the
City Of Villains PreSale / PreOrder Disk
Buy ordering this now (yes, the free time for beta is over) you can still use it to upgrade your account! just enter the code key using the "upgrade" button under CoH/CoV section of your play account, and you will have access to 1 or 2 of 4 helmets that were available as a preorder item.
let me explain when I say "1 or 2 of 4 helmets" :
there were 4 preorder helmets but you only got one per purchase, each store location that sold the product gave out a different one, please see the pictures more more detail.
the helmets come up under the helmet tab labeled as "special helmets"
please see the regular game version for a review of the actual game.
