Underwater Atlantis-like City
Graham Diamond's CINNABAR deal with the themes of an Atlantis like city, now an empire beneath the sea. Enter Aladdin of Arabian Nights renown, to stand between the forces of city-state Cinnabar, and the water breathing sea civilization of hybrid humans they have conquered. An interesting mix of myth brought to life and adventure/romance. CINNABAR is an underrated book of Diamond's, deserving of another look into the both the evils and ingenuity of mankind. I also recommend Diamond's THIEF OF KALIMAR.
