I love their music, but I especially love their singer. They are a great alternative band! They are melodic and edgy, moody with an overall happy (but not sappy) vibe.

Once again, The Shins do what they do best with Chutes Too Narrow. This is a fantastic set of catchy folk tunes that promise to get stuck in your head. Cool keys and steel guitar are an added plus. If you're into indie folk music you should embrace this. 4 1/2 Stars.

) Crative, innovative, artistic, rythmic, complimented with smart and edgy lyrics that are not "in your face" standoffish. These guys do it over and over, album after album, and are worth at least checking out in Chutes Too Narrow

The shins are one of my favorite bands because each time you listen to one of their albums you enjoy it more and this album doesn't disappoint. Great from begining to end everytime.
