Helps "de-mystify" do-it-yourself decorating and gave me the courage to try new things. The step-by-step instructions made the project easy.

I did like this book and all the pictures. Even though homeowners have mostly moved to feng shui and minimalism, I continue to like his style.

Enjoyed this book. Lots of great ideas and very good explanation. The Author Debbie Travis has several books with interior solutions. A great book and lots of bang for the buck..... Recommended if you do decorating in your own home or someone else as I believe that the results will be professional.

I watched Christopher Lowell show for several years, but like to review his ideas in a book. I think his approach to decorating is fantastic and his book gives detailed information as well as the pictures to show the final product. I recommend this book highly.
