Christmas Comes to Willow Creek (DVD, 2003)

My parents watched this movie every year on T.V. until it stopped coming on T.V. a few years back. They searched everywhere for it. I found it here and bought it for them for Christmas. They absolutely loved it!! I gave it to them a little early. Lol

I have been searching for this movie for what seems like forever!! We just got it yesterday!! Now our Christmas is complete!! Thanks so much!!

First of all, let me say that I would recommend this movie to everyone who was and are still fans of the classic "The Dukes Of Hazzard". Just because Tom Wopat & John Schneider are both in it; but I'll let you know if you've never seen this movie before--the characters they play are nothing like Bo & Luke Duke. They do play mighty cute truck drivers though; but that's beside the point. Pete and Ray start out as arguing brothers who practically have to re-learn what Christmas is all about it seems like. As they go up to Alaska to make sure the folks in a rural small town get to have a chance celebrate Christmas that year. It is a hoot to watch these two character learning to get along with each other; when they're both forced to make the trip all in the same truck. :) It is a wonderful movie for people of all ages to watch and enjoy together as a family. Sure it's a Christmas movie but I'm the type who will take it out and watch any time of the year; it's so well made that it can be watched all year ( any time of the year). Before I forget this movie offers up some good surprises. Some I'm sure will make you laugh--and there's also tender moments. That's I'll say because I don't want to ruin the surpise. But I will say that the people who made this movie couldn't have picked any one else that would've been better than Hoyt Axton to pay the role of the father.

Extremely enjoyable movie! One of the BEST Christmas Movies ever made and re-instills the true meaning of CHRISTMAS in you!!!

i liked this movie a + it has some good actors john and tom and the others all are good i brought it cause i seen on on tv and dint get to finish it but i knew i liked it from the first half i knew then i wanted to buy it it is a great movie thumbs up

I love this movie because it causes you to think about the real Christmas Miracle. It's a great Family movie and was thrilled to see it out on DVD so I can share it with my grandchildren now. Always enjoy seeing John Schneider and Tom Wopat together!

This is a wonderful family movie that teaches some important lessons and engages the whole family. I thought it well worth the time and money to share with the family, especially at Christmas where our culture has lost so much of the the true meaning and spirit of giving.

Back when this movie came out I had taped it off TV onto VHS well for some reason I couldn't find it anywhere, my husband really liked this movie beings he is a truck driver, so it has been about 8 years since he watched it so it was a real treat for him when he opened it on Christmas Eve, and as soon as all the gifts were open he had it playing.. I didn't get to watch it cause I went to 10pm church services.. but will soon here.. it is an awesome movie and great actors as being the duke boys!!

My husband had been looking for this movie for a long time, a favorite from his childhood! I have watched it, and enjoyed it also!

Love the movie. America needs to watch this movie and think about the meaning behind the movie for what it stands for, it's not christmas. It's about people and how the treat and act towards one another.

As a mom this is a great movie for little thing to happen. How brothers fight and did not get along just the they don't in todays world, but how they did become brothers and pulled together to get out of bad a storm. And how they helped each other out in tough times as well as good times This is a muct see movie for the whole famile so pull up a seat pop some popcorn and get ready to enjoy a great FAMILY FUN MOVIE

The story line has a great spirit of Christmas, reminds one of how miracles can still happen to any of us. Great for entire family! Great for an individual. Decided to buy it to add to christmas movie library.

i watched christmas comes to willow creek when my son was a baby it was just a great family movie i would tell any anyone that i know to watch this movie i have been looking for it for a long time

Movie was excellent when I saw it years ago. Sent money but never received movie. I made a mistake and only sent money for movie but on the other hand I have written The Video Barn several times and aske them to send me an address again so I could send shipping but never got one nor ever received my money back. This is a very good movie and headed to become a Christmas Classic.
I stars those "Dukes of Hazzard" boys.Tom Wopat and John Schneider.
This time they are brothers and are truck drivers taking a load to Alaska
and they also have the oldest brothers son on the trip with them.
They are at odds with each other because one stole the others girlfriend
and she left him because she was pregnamt and he wasn't happy at the
prospect of becoming a father.
She didn't confirm that she was pregnant but on the trip the boys flashback over the relationship that brought them to this point.
When they get near to where she lives they detour and find her in a house with no heat and no lights and very very pregnant.
She joins them on the trip to Alaska where they get stranded in a sudden snow storm.
The miracle that happens is sure to warm your heart. Keep the kleenex close.

I like to watch John Schneider in movies and listento his music. He is a great Actor and a great singer.I'm a big movie watcher and enjoy tv

My mom had seen the movie, and it had two of my favorite actors in it: John Scheider and Tom Wopat (from Dukes Of Hazzard). Any movie with them in it would be good, as they live up to their good image by helping out a town during Christmas.

I bought this movie for my husband who was also a truck driver. He watches this movie every time he can. It is one of the best for family watching that is out there nowadays.I highly recommend it to everyone!
