    Film version of Chs. Dickens' title novel classic. Ebeneezer Scrooge (Alastair Sim) is a mean older miser who's obsessed with work & making money. His business partner, Jacob Marley has recently died & his ghost visits Scrooge to warn him about the effects of greed in life & after-life.

    4 spirits (including Marley's) visit Scrooge to teach him the mistakes he's made in his life & how he can correct them now, before it's too late. The spirit of Christmas past (Michael Dolan) show Scrooge his childhood during Yuletide. The spirit of the future (C. Konarski) shows Scrooge what will happen if he doesn't change, for example.

    This VHS is a remake of the original 1938 film. Dickens' novel is probably his most successful & acclaimed. Variation of the story in all forms of media have long been known as classic~
