Patience is a virtue
The good news about this workout is that once you learn it, the time goes by so fast that you are finished (and soaked with sweat) before you know it. The bad news is that it took me six weeks, seven days a week to learn the routines. And there are still some challenges that prohibit me from doing the whole routine. Christi's a great instructor and it's nice to be challenged, but there's a huge frustration level you have to face when it takes so long to learn a workout. There's a section on the DVD that supposedly shows you the moves, but Christi barely moves slower than during the regular workout and doesn't provide some ideas or analogies about the moves to make them a little more understandable.
Based on other reviews I ordered a total of three of Christi's workouts and I'm a little sorry I did. These workouts just aren't my cup of tea, I guess.
