This is a solid book about nutrition versus the different cylces/level of workout - applicable to any sport. Like the title says: it about food for fitness, and it does cover all what you need to know in simple language. Heads-ups... If you're looking for info more on the "coaching" side, this is not the rigth book. I hope it helps you.
