Excellent CD. Great Songs, excellent instrumentals. A New refreshed version of the original classic broadway Mega-Hit from 1976. Memorable songs that you will be humming for days, Highly recommended to anyone that loves broadway musicals.

) I graduated High School in 1975, the same time the original cast recording became popular, so this musical is loaded with memories for me. The new cast is much more polished than the original, but they take what could be very dated material and make it fresh and catchy. I saw the bus and truck version when it came through town recently and thought it okay, this new cast recording puts heart and life back into a steady standard.

I've loved this show for years and was excited to take in the Broadway preview in San Francisco before it headed to Times Square. Refreshingly true to the original, this soundtrack won't disappoint the longtime fan or those new to the show.
