In this era of terminal chaos it serves us all to revisit the basics of decorum. Dr. Forni has provided a simple laundry list of polite thoughtful behaviours, that if applied to our everyday interactions will produce better lives for us all.

) Awful...I never received the book and now have to deal with the stress of trying to get my money back. I have filed a claim for item # 340752183523 on 11-15-08 and am waiting to hear back from half.com/ebay. The seller 952austin8 never replied to my countless e-mails and never sent my book. I have bought and sold on both sites and hate to deal with people like this. I hope ebay will soon take action on the matter so this doesn't happen to anyone else with this person. I would like my $13.99 back from half.com so I can purchase the book from someone else. I'm sad that these people ruin it for others.
