CONTRA DANCING

Very Nice CD with some great contra music. I teach Modern Western Square Dancing and include Conta Dance as part of my program. Contra Dance comes to us from England knowns as Longways Dance and is the forerunner to what we have today as Modern Western Square Dancing. Contra is easy and yet challenging and most of all it's a blast. MWSD is more challenging and a whole lot of fun as well.
