NICK MALGIERI IS JUST ABOUT THE BEST BAKER, WHEN YOU MAKE A RECIPE FROM ANY OF HIS COOKBOOKS IT IS LIKE BUYING SOMETHING FROM A HIGH END BAKERY. HIS RECIPES ARE GREAT. THE CHOCOLATE COOKBOOK IS JUST GREAT.
