) The book was in excellent condition just as the seller stated. I was very pleased with the content. It is a basic book with many sauce recipes. I enjoy the history and humor that Martin Yan shares.

Everything You Need to Know to Begin Cooking Chinese
) This cookbook is very informative regarding everything you need to know about Chinese cooking. Included are the various regional cuisines, tools and pantry must-haves. There are also plenty of illustrations to help those of us who struggle with trying something new. I bought this book because I liked his TV show. I was not disappointed.
