This book to me is incredible. I first read this book years ago when it was recommeded to me by my teacher for a book report. I've never been much of a reader except for manga but I couldn't put this book down. It touched me and made me cry at times. It made me grateful for the things I have. Six years ago, I read that book and I've never forgotten a single detail. When I had the opportunity in my class to pick a novel that I think would make a sucessful movie, it was the first book that popped into my head. That's why I'm here on ebay purchasing it. I'm glad I'm now a proud owner of this book and I WILL pass it on to my son or daughter in the future. I could read it again if I wanted to. I love this book so much and I'm very glad I purchased it.

This story of a little unwanted chinese girls it will break your heart.But you will fall in love with her and cheer her on and take her home with you.I can not wait to read Falling Leaves.

Chinese Cinderella: The true Story of an unwanted daughWhat I love about this book is that if you are a teacher, (I am), and you teach about Fairytales, then this book being a true story, a different version of all the Cinderellas we know and love, provides the students with debate.

This book is very good. My 14 year-old daughter also enjoyed this story and she is not a reader. I bought this book as it was required summer reading.
