I love the animal-themed Chicken Soup books. Was surprised to see that this book was not just about cats and dogs as the title says; there are also stories about birds and other animals. Make sure you have a box of tissues and a long afternoon to read this book, you are going to need it since it's nearly impossible to put down.

Another hit for these authors in the Chicken Soup category. Short stories that go right to the heart from the heart. I enjoy each & every one of them. Some of them, bring tears to my eyes as I can really relate to them. Others are just good stories. Something for everyone that you can read to your kids. I highly recommend this book for one & all.

This book is great to crawl underneath the covers with. Not only does it warm your heart, but it makes you think about the way cat and dogs love us unconditionly. Also it makes you wonder how they understand us without any words, but the way our body reacts to different situations.
