Chicka Chicka Boom Boom...and Lots More Learning Fun (DVD, 2002)

I bought this DVD for my son before we were to go on a road trip. He loved the book "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom", so I thought the DVD would keep his attention. Did it ever!!!! He wanted to watch it again and again. So did I! The title story was set to music and wonderfully animated. Some of the following stories were also set to very catchy music.

The stories were educational as well as entertaining and featured the ABC's, garbage collection and keeping clean, bull frogs, pride, butterflies and a host of other topics.

This is one of our favorite children's videos for children 2-5 years of age.

This DVD is full of energy and great music. Brilliant colors throughout. Teaches children ABC's at an early age. Captivates my son everytime he watches it. He actually wore out his last Chicka Chicka Boom Boom DVD. Kids love it.

My 11-month-old neice loves this DVD. I bought it because my girls and my nephews liked the VCR tape when they were younger also.

I liked it. it was a little scratched up but when i put it in the player it worked fine. Very convienent aftermy child broke first copy. Pretty good seller.

It's nice to have scholastic videos instead of the smut they normally look at in the car! This is so much fun to sing "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" with my children and all of the others on this disc. A MUST HAVE!

This DVD is loaded with other stories that are very outdated. I bought this DVD strictly for the Chicka Chicka Boom Boom story, so for that alone I am satisfied (my son will not watch any of the others), but if I had known the other titles were so outdated, I would not have purchased it.

I bought this dvd for my 3 year oold daughter. The price was great and it was shipped out very quickly. I was very pleased.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is a terrific story with bright illustrations. The sing song way it it presented on the DVD makes it a favorite with my 3 & 5 year olds. The accompanying stories have become fast favorites of the kids as well. My son especially likes Trashy Town. This is a great educational DVD and it is jam packed with fun for kids. Careful Though ~ You may find that you're singing the songs a lot too! Thank You Scholastic for this super experience for kids!

It was in great shape, and I got for a great price!Only slight damage to the cover, but works well! The students enjoy watching all of the features included. I am sure it would have cost me alot more if I had bought it brand new.

I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LOVES THE BOOK. IT HAS HELPED HER SO MUCH WITH HER ABC'S. SHE IS TWO AND ALREADY SAYS THE ENTIRE ALPHABET BUT THIS IS JUST ONE TOOL I USED WITH HER. I ALSO LIKE IT BECAUSE THE MUSIC IS GREAT AND THE STORIES ARE FUNNY. YOU TRULY CAN'T GO WRONG WITH SCHOLASTIC PRODUCTS BUT ESPECIALLY THIS DVD, IT'S FANTASTIC.
