Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin, John Archambault, Lois Ehlert (1989, Reinforced Hardcover)

My son dislikes reading, but loved this book in his kindergarten class, so we decided to buy it for some summer reading.

I brought this book because I saw an abridged version on Blues Clues ABC. It sounded like a fun book my son would enjoy and I would enjoy reading to him. I think I was right with this book. He loves to read and loves for the older crowd to read to him. With this book no one minds making him smile with a good childrens book.

I purchased this book to be placed in the Elementary Library where I teach. A boy I taught last year died tragically in a fire this year. He worked real hard in my classroom to learn to read. He loved this book so I wanted to purchase a copy for the library in his memory. I like that it is a hardcover book and I didn't have to pay a lot for it. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered chica chica boom boom for my daughter. I was impressed by the fact the book was in great condition. I really like the fact that ebay sellers are truthful in the way they sell there merchanidise. I have been a ebay member for quite some time and everything I have purchased has been in great working order.

This is the BEST by far, when Ray Charles reads this story his voice makes the book come to life I have heard many versions of this story on audio, but when I heard this version whew... All of my students were in aww I was too! they kept wanting to hear it over and over. Highly recommend with the Ray Charles audio

This book is a favorite of my daughter's since she was two and she's now approcing four!
With its bright bold colors and sing song poetry rythum.
It portrays the alphabet with fun and humor as the letters dare each other to clime a coconut tree all the while asking the question of CHICKA CHICKA BOOM BOOM WILL THERE BE ENOUGH ROOM? then tumble out when the tree gets too full. (Which is the part my daughter loves best!)It's excellent book for bed times (meaning not to long and not to short)as well as must have easy reader for young children learning to read themselves or just learning thier ABC's.

Bought it for a fellow teacher friend. She loved it. She teaches in an itty-bitty district and didn't have a copy.

My daughter loves this book - it has a nice rhythm and offers a great introduction to the ABCs. Chicka Chicka 123 is also great.

I accidentally came across this book in the library. When I brought it home, my daughter (3 yrs.) cried for me not to return it! I purchased this one online and am very pleased that she now owns her own copy. Everytime we read it together, I know there will be smiles and she will attempt to read the words right along side of me. Highly recommended!!!

I decided to buy this book because I had Chicka Chicka 1, 2, 3 and my daughter LOVES 1, 2, 3. She even sleeps with it. I bought Chicka Chicka Boom Boom hoping she would like it as much. We both like the book but it is not as entertaining as I had hoped. She has not brought CCBB to me to read like she does the other one. I really like how it has the upper and lower case alphabet on both the front and back inside covers. The story is very cute. It is a nice learning tool. It is a good book but it was a disappointment for my expectations after reading other reviews on it.

This book is awesome for little kids. My son loves this book. It's a very simple picture book. The print is bold for pre-schoolers. I recommend getting the video for your child so he/she can follow the video with the book.
My son is autistic and he really likes he video. Now he sings the tune while he reads his book.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom is the book my 4 year old grandson wanted. I found it, ordered it. Paid for it immediately and received it very quickly. It was in excellent condition. The seller was very nice and helpful and if I want another book, I would certainly buy from him again.
