This show is an amazing musical and Bebe Neworth is an excellent Velma Kelly! The whole cast shines as they take you through the trials and tribulations assocatied with a life of jazz and liquor. All around excellent cast and soundtrack!

Ann Reinking is simply amazing!!!Everything about this CD and show is supurb!! The highlight is Ann Reinking though. She plays Roxie, a role she played 20 years previously, so well. Her comic timing and charisma are second to none. She has a lovely huskey alto belt voice!! She is quite possibly the best Roxie!! And WOW! What a dancer!!!

If you are a broadway fan, you'll love it, if the only familiarity you have with this music is from the movie, you probably won;t like it. The singers are wonderful and much better than the movie.
