Chemistry by Cecile N. Hurley, William L. Masterton (2005, Hardcover)

The chapters are explained adequately however I found the questions at the bock of the chapter to be quite difficult!

What i dont like about this is that i ordered for this book and i did not get the book neither did i get my money.

I needed a chemistry book for my chem class and this seller sold it to me at a very reasonable price in very good condition

I was very pleased and satisfied with my purchase. It took a little over a week to get here but it was in excellent condition and it saved me almost $60 compared to the price at the school bookstore.

Man it was perfect book as I needed for my class, and guess what? I saved like three times the amount of that book. The price was very affordable and the condition was excellent. Whole deal was done smoothly and very negotiably.

I have a copy of the fourth edition of this text and a copy of the "updated" fourth edition. So far, I've found each randomly chosen page to not only be the same text, but same pictures and same format. The problems that I've looked at randomly throughout the book are the same in both copies, so I would believe that all of them are the same. There are some minor differences, such as the "Chemistry NOW" sidebar information that may or may not be important to your studies. The cover is also a different color, and the periodic table is now across the front cover and the first page and is embossed, so that you know it's been updated.

I recently purchased the updated edition of the Masterson Chemistry book for my Chemistry 111 class. I though the condition of the book was in great condition. Very little writing and some highlighted areas. The CD-ROM was also included with my textbook purchase. This was my first time using half.com and ebay for buying college textbooks, but it not be my last. Thank you.

I bought the book for a Chem 1411 class. It arrived on time. It was what was described in the auction.
