Watched Chef Kathleen and she advised getting this book. It has great ideas, tips, and words of wisdom and for the price is excellent.

Not what I expectedThis is good if you need a diary to track what you're eating and how much you're exercising. Kathleen provides an upbeat message to get you to continue on your slimming ways but, there are not enough recipes to call this a cookbook. Most of the info is just common sense. I'm not sorry I bought it but, it's just not right for me. I think it will be a good Christmas present for a friend of mine.
