This is perhaps my most favorite Pat Murray Book! The reason is that there are many many pieces that collectors will never see. Many unmarked pieces are in the book so the book quickly pays for itself when you can find the elusive unmarked Wade pieces. The book is overflowing with information such as description, colourways and size and pricing in USD $, CAD $ and UK £.

This book is for a more advanced collector that has move away from only collecting the Red Rose Tea whimsies. This book contains the "premium" large Wade pieces - the pieces that were not marketed to children but to adults.

The book contains history and backstamp information, Advertising Produces, Animals, birds, Commemorative Ware, Commissioned Produces, Figures and Figurines, Jugs, Steins and Tankards, Money Boxes and Shaving Mugs.

This book contains the hollow Wade pieces - not the solid whimsies. There are also sections on the cellulose figures and animals.
