Review of Charilie Chan and the Secret Service

You can always count on Charlie Chan using his profound wisdom to solve a crime, and he does it again here. This is just "average" as far as Charlie Chan movies go - it lacks much of the qualities that make other Chan movies spectacular.
There are extended periods of Charlie "just walking around" instead of actual movie.
This is considered "average" due to the excellent rating I would give "Charlie Chan at the Olympics", "Charlie Chan in Paris", or "Charlie Chan at the Race Track".
You can never really go wrong with Charlie Chan, but this one fails to score above average.
