McGraw Hill publishes this book. The first edition -- first printing of this book never made it out of the publishing house. Everyone at the publishing house liked it that much they bought up all the copies. The book had to be printed twice before the first edition could be sold to the public. That is unprecedented in the publishing business. The book is so well illustrated. The artwork alone is worth getting the book. I've never seen such beautifully done work. I would love to own an original of the art in the 3 series set of these books. The book is academically sound and has my highest possible recommendation.
