I was reading this book from the library and had to return it before I could finish it. So I came on ebay to see if I could purchase the book. It is a wonderful book. I am not yet diabetic, but am pre-diabetic. I looked through so many diabetic books, and found this to be the best ever!!!! It is simple, direct and to the point. I would recommend this book to anyone who is pre-diabetic or even diabetic and taking medicines. It is no miracle cure. It helps you with your diet and exercise, and how to make one change at a time.

This book has become my diabetes bible. It is wonderful. I own four copies because I keep finding friends that would benefit from reading this book and I keep giving it away and having to buy myself new ones. Wonderful Book!
