A Classic Louis L'Amour Western!
If you have never read a Louis L'Amour western then you are missing out on one the genre's most prolific writers. Nothing fancy here, just hard times, cattle driving, gunslingers and revenge. This on tells of a poor, orphaned thirteen year old boy named Chancey leaving the Tennessee Mountains and trying to make something of himself. All he needs is his own herd of cattle and spread of land, but when his past catches up to him in Cheyenne, he makes his stand. This is great reading and highly recommended for those not familiar with L'Amours writing. His books are not long, this one being on 165 pages, but are packed with so much adventure that you feel like you right there.
