Movie Description
Aya Mikage has finally turned up a clue in a search to find out exactly what her murderous family is planning. Her search leads her to Mikage International, where a mysterious plan named 'C' Project is being put into action. Aya, much to her horror, discovers that her family wishes to harness the supernatural power of those descended of celestial blood and use them to create a new world order.
