Tommy Emmanuel is amazing. He adds new life to the songs he plays, makes them his own. At times I feel he goes a bit too far and the extra 30857284537 notes he adds could be toned down, but then he wouldn't be Tommy Emmanuel would he ?
I like the acoustic sound, not muddled with a lot of unecessary back-up which would only deter from the clarity of the music. If you like finger pickin-fun-interesting music, here it is. Some are a cross of folk-classic, or his renditions make it seem so. Try it, you will be entertained.
