YES, YES, YES!!!

The MOST frightening thing I've read since Dean Koontz's "Watchers"!
THIS is the kind of novel I enjoy and I enjoy movies of the same type.

Barring these (which are so few and far between), you will see me reading true-life cases; you can watch me any night of the week watching forensic, pathology and cold case shows. I know serial killers better than they know themselves!

What makes them all so TERRIFYING is that they could happen! This is a case in point...

Great novel, just great. A beautiful day in the neighborhood - and then everyone and anyone who had contact with a cell phone goes bonkers. Doesn't everyone, every kid, every single DOG have a cell these days??

A simple code (highly possible) sent via satellite and they are all either eating each others' throats out, committing suicide or, the lucky ones who HAD no cell are running for cover!

I won't even go into it, there's no need. The characters are as fleshed-out as they need to be to fight this kind of fight and they all have their normal human fallabilities as well as their extreme heroism.

A FABULOUS, FRIGHTENING read, I recommend it highly if you like this sort of literature! King at his best - hard to say THAT since he is so OFTEN at his best!

This was vintage King, it was scary, surprising, creepy, right up to the end, which was completly unfulfilling. Very disappointing. Great all through and then, dump....

Classic King, great suspense, lots of interaction between characters. As usual, will keep you guessing and wondering as to what is going to happen next.

If you have a cell phone, you need to read this book. I guarantee, if you read this book, you will jump the next time your cell rings.

This novel takes you to places that seem safe but oooooooooooops remember this is Stephen King,a must have if you're a fan or if not it will make you one.

I bought this book for my daughter for christmas. She loves Stephen King books and enjoys the thrills. It will keep her interested for hours.

I thouroughly enjoyed this lot. I was lucky enough to have not read 6 out of the eighteen books! The books were in good shape and shipping was excellent two three lots like this a year might just keep out of the library. Thanx again!!

I love Stephen King and his writing, this was not one of his best works but OK in it's own right. I didn't care for the ending it really left me hanging and wanting to know what happened. The concept of using cell phones to transmit a signal is interesting.

I bought the book "CELL" by Stephen King because I am A very big mistery/fiction reader. I was not disappointed at all. I will continue to watch e-bay for other good books. Also it was a very reasonable price. I was just all around happy with the process of wanting something, finding it, and the next thing I know I have it. Very simple process.. Again THANK YOU E-BAY way to go........

I haven't read this yet -- it's set aside for my vacation. But my sister just raved about it -- I HAD to get it. Apparently it's about terrorists breaking into cell phones and contaminating people (especially young people) by their cell phones. Sounds plausible, which is what I like about Stephen King -- it's believable science fiction. It could happen.

I bought this book on a recommendation from a friend who has the same affinity for zombie movies and books. Great writing, full of descriptions that really paint a picture. Starts out with a lot of action and keeps it up. The ending will make you want to scream but in a funny way.

I love this book. It's better than The Stand - my former favorite Stephen King novel. I have been looking forward to reading The Cell since hearing Stephen King speak last year. He was talking about getting ideas for books and talked about how he was standing outside a Boston hotel and watching a lady talk on a cell phone and thought - what would happen if she suddenly went crazy? What would happen if everyone in the world with a cell phone suddenly went crazy?

Oh, it's a delicious thing to think about. And Stephen King's narrative is hypnotic. He's a master storyteller and I didn't want to put the book down for days - and I'm still leery about picking up my cell phone.

Now, weeks later, I'm having dreams and phone-crazies and proteting my family from them. It's powerful stuff, gets into your psyche. I'm still thinking about the characters.

The price was just super as was the shipping. The condition is perfect and his rating is great so made me feel secure as a first itme buyer at this store.

This book is a great book. I love the fact that it is about how cell phones ruin the human race. It isn't his greatest work but it is a great book. I would recommend it.

i like that this is an excellent read i was kind of weary at first until my mom convinced me into it i decided to buy it because my mom as well as myself like stephen king

The whole book kept me on the edge of my seat just like Stephen King usually does . That's why i bought it to begin with i love his books and am trying to get the ones i don't have now. This one is leans toward today with all the cell phones in use and give you the horror twist to it . How can cell phones cause the end of the world .....Read the book and you will see.

Paid a little more then I wanted on the item, but overall it was worth it. Good book, highly recommended to buy. I read it nonstop for about 2-3 days.

This book was not only another Stephen King masterpiece, it was also one that got me seriously thinking. I highly recommend it to any Stephen King fan.

I'm a big Stephen King fan and have read many, many of his books. This is the first one, however that I just could not stop thinking about. It's disturbing from the begining and doesn't slow down. I was slightly dsappointed by the ending of the book. It felt abrubpt and out of place.
Overall it was a great read -- quite disturbing and fast-paced. I would recommend it, along with any other King book you can get your hands on.

I bought the book because I really like zombie/end of world stories. The book started off great but in true Stephen King fashion nothing is explained in any sort of believable way and the ending was a letdown. If you like zombies books read Rising by Briane Keene instead.

Very good read, but has shades of the Stand to its pages. Instead of Captain Trips we have the Cell Phone...but all in all still a excellant read. It will join my collection of Stephen King books.

I like the fact that I can find good books on line that I can afford. I hate to spend a bunch of money on a book that I might not like. I choose A Stephen King book because I like his writings.
This book turned out to be a really good read. It had a nice plot, and was fairly exciting to read. As with all of Stephen King's books, this one has a twist to it that you would never guess.

I thought it was a pretty good book. I keeps you interested and turning pages for sure. This was the first book I read by Stephen King and have to say although it was good, I was still a little disappointed. I guess I was just expecting more.

I bought this book because I wanted to read it and I like Stephen King a lot. I haven't read all of this book but what I've read the book is very interesting. I got this book for a good price.
