To Catch an Heiress by Julia Quinn (1998, Paperback, Reissue)

As expected, Julia Quinn lives up to her reputation with this book. If you like very witty dialogue and laugh-out-loud humor, Julia Quinn is the author for you. I have read everything she has written and I have never been disappointed. This is one of her earlier books (before the Bridgerton series) and one of the first I read from her. I was hooked instantly. No purple prose and no slowing down from the beginning. I cannot recommend Julia Quinn highly enough, and this book will have you laughing until the wee hours of the morning. (note: NEVER start a Julia Quinn novel late in the evening...they are un-put-down-able)
